To all of you thinking of booing, just where do you all get off passing judgement on another person's private life?

Christ!

No you're right. Cheating on your wife and kids with a team mates missus, knocking her up, paying for the abortion and then attempting to stop the media reporting it, leading to our next in-line left back to drop out of the world cup can be either seen as good or bad behaviour. Who are we to say this is wrong?

What is the point of booing him??? Will it make him play better ?? no, worse maybe and who benefits from that?? Twats, could never understand why lampard got booed either, only time booing is understandable is when youve watched the umpteenth poor performance from a team/manager that looks like its not trying and/or youre fearing relegation or general boos and moans at the ref. Yes, if a player from an opposing team dives and tries to fool the ref or a really bad tackle or something similar then gets booed for that fair enough but booing a player cos he slept with one of the players ex girlfriends? Mad! As if anyone gives a shit, save for the papers.

a) The jilted wife seems perfectly happy to take her 30 pieces of silver posing for the cameras in Dubai saying how much she loves her man.
b) The other woman was a team mate's EX-missus.

I grant you, none of this is particularly savoury but it's none of our business.

Plus, how can anybody be bothered to be bothered about this.

Petty, spiteful, jealous, judgemental. That's the modern UK for you.

Booing lampard was different though. that was COMPLETELY unjust. The guy is a class act and has never been caught with his trousers down like half the squad.

Terry and cole however are NOBS

People who boo are clearly just tabloid obsessed, heat reading, big brother watching, take your bird to football wankers that are slowly ruining the game.

 Having had the misfortune of actually watching England live I am inclined to agree...

My guess is that most of us know people that have cheated on their other halves. Do you go to their place of work and boo them?

this.

As one who's never been to new Wembley, any insude track on best way outta there and to get back into town via tube, and missing the crowds ?
Or is is case of join the queue's and get on with it..?

:)

Wembley Park station (Jubilee Line).
Took me about 20 minutes from leaving my seat in the stadium at the final whistle, to being on the tube and on my way (crowd of around 70k that night). They've expanded the station, so its a doddle getting away these days. Well, it was in my experience.

Anyone thats boo's him should be kicked out of the ground IMO. They obviously don't want England to win if they are trying to put off/upset one of our most important players.
QUOTE]

Moron. I don't like Terry and the standards he sets and believe he was quite rightly stripped of the captaincy but I still want England to win. Why do you try and suggest that isn't the case?

Would we boo a Brighton player whatever he had done? No

I find it hard to understand why fans there supporting England would boo one of their own players.

I hate Terry and think he's a cock, but wouldn't boo if I went to an England game.

Trying to remember if any Albion fans were supportive of Mickey Thomas when he joined us. As I recall nobody wanted him here and that was made clear.

Any England supporter, in my opinion, who goes to the game tonight and boos / jeers John Terry or come to that any player on the English team, needs medical help !!!

Off the pitch issues have nothing at all to do with what happens for the 90+ minutes they are playing football.

Off the pitch activities do have an effect on the pitch. This is the sort of dumb comment that really pisses me off. It equates to those that say clubs shouldn't have points deductions for going into administration. Cheat off the pitch but be allowed to get away with on the pitch. One is inextricably linked to the other

To all of you thinking of booing, just where do you all get off passing judgement on another person's private life?

Christ!

It's about having a moral code. Terry and Cole don't appear to have any moral code. They have both crossed a line with someone they promised to be faithful with but Terry also crossed a line with someone who was not only supposed to be his friend but also his team mate.

No you're right. Cheating on your wife and kids with a team mates missus, knocking her up, paying for the abortion and then attempting to stop the media reporting it, leading to our next in-line left back to drop out of the world cup can be either seen as good or bad behaviour.

So where would you draw the line. Would you cheer anyone who puts on an England shirt irrespective of what crime, either moral or criminal that they have committed.

Oh dear - can't believe some people have said yes!

Of course you don't boo - we support ENGLAND and couldn't give a f*** about any over hyped media bull shit, designed to upset the camp and cause message boards etc etc to do polls like this!

To me it's simple, you support a team or you don't, whether it be club or country. Do you ever boo Albion players, even if they are shite (and let's face it we've had a few over the years) - answer, no, not if you are a genuine supporter who wants best for the club then you support whoever pulls on the shirt and then slag them off relentlessly afterwards.
Personally I've never liked John Terry much, there's always been something about him that looekd wrong, but I also think on his day he's the best centre back England have, or have had since Bobby Moore so you support him unwaveringly whilst he wears the 3 Lions.
Personally I'll be watching Australia vs Indonesia tonight (mainly A League World Cup squad wannabies vs absolute numpties, played in a Rugby League stadium for a place in the Asian Cup - woohoo, are you not jealous?

Did Henederson and Glenn Murray get booed?
