I don't rate him, particularly, a lot of running around and hassling but not much to show for it. I think Connolly and a new Murray are the future. good lay off for the goal but had a dozen crap passes too. Connolly was totally owned by Mings, MaupaY did at least give him a hard time.

if a player isn't frustrated after that result he hasn't got a pulse..........excruciating to watch , Potter asked for a cauldron , he got another piss weak effort from the home crowd , 2500 Villa fans gave their team the lift in the second half and had to be that man you all hate Grealish to take advantage of a bit of dopey defending on our part........at the other end of the pitch we are an enigma , why won't we shoot ffs........not a good day at the office Maupay having a massive spaz at the end , ripping his shirt off going down the tunnel and Trossard sulking and looking like he'd rather be at Leicester. Have to agree. From a superb start, Connolly has been poor most games. Works hard but no end result.
Think he needs to go on loan at Championship for a season and learn how to score goals against over 23s.
We really need a couple of additions in January and not next season.
Lose to Bournenouth and we are right in the relgation mix.
