He's going to have to do a bit better than that. Griffen's admiration for him was extensively covered on Radio 4 this morning where his party leader refused to deny it. His party leader also refused to deny an anti-semitic quote that was read to him in the same interview. It's a bit stronger evidence than "absolute bollocks mate"

And no he didn't win because Labour didn't have an official candidate, because he got a much higher majority and vote count than Labour did in the last election for Rochdale.

Perhaps it's inappropriate to bring accurate facts into posts about George Galloway, but Galloway had a majority of 5,697 yesterday (Lloyd had 9.668 majority in 2019) and Galloway got 12,335 votes compared with Lloyd's 24,475 in 2019.
