What again? He's one of the most "ignored" posters on this board. He's been on my list pretty much since the function was introduced.
He was the first I put on ignore, ahead of the likes of Looney. Quite an accomplishment.

You’ve shown your true colours in that little rant.
It was the right decision - and it will send a message to other cops.
However, the other three cops on the scene should also have been charged with the same crime - two of them were actively involved in restraining George Floyd and the third did nothing to stop them.
Furthermore, the American media will present this as one bad apple and the system worked - when in reality this is a systemic problem within the police departments across the USA. A large part of the problem is that the cops in America have 'qualified immunity' which basically protects them from sanction for acts of police brutality and depriving people of their civil rights.
This is Adam Toldeo - a 13 year old Latino boy shot dead by police in Chicago three weeks ago, unarmed and with his hands in the air just before being fatally shot in the chest.
This is Kyle Rittenhouse - a 17 year-old white kid with a history of racist posts on social media - who broke federal law by crossing state lines with an AR-15, who interacted with police who encouraged him to be in Kenosha during BLM protests, who fired multiple rounds in a crowd of protesters, killed two people and wounded a third - and then walked casually through police lines (police who viewed the shootings) and drove home. Since then police officers have donated thousands of dollars to his legal defence fund. The Kenosha protests happened subsequent to the police shooting an unarmed black man, Jacob Blake, four times in the back after he had been tased, paralysing Blake from the waist down (the cop actually fired seven times from point blank range).
Looks like she was shot whilst she was in the process of stabbing people?
It seems to me that US Police officers always shoot to kill rather than stop a behaviour or disable an assailant.
Sometimes in the states , when police are accused of murder , you can see possible reasons why a situation may have happened, especially if they are involved in a gun battle or a gun is being pointed at a policeman . This case is the clearest case of murder i have ever seen where there was zero threat to the policeman at all times and the man killed was clearly suffering from some anxiety issues . One of the biggest problems we have in the states which is different to here in England is the way that the police usually speak to both Black and Hispanic ‘ suspects ‘ it’s usually in a off hand and aggressive manner that suggests the police have already decided they must have done something wrong . This helps create an atmosphere of distrust on both sides .

Your kidding right? You think that there isn't a racism issue in the UK and that the UK police don't talk to black people in a off hand and aggressive manner?

Ridiculous and inflammatory statement. The girl had a knife and was in the process of stabbing the other girl in the neck. Just have to look at the video.

The girl was clearly disturbed - she was in foster care - and the cops in America never attempt to de-escalate or use 'non-lethal' methods.
Doesn't just happen there though - 3/4 months ago the cops in Ireland shot dead a young black man with mental health problems. The guy was standing outside his own front door (after a confrontation in a local shop) with a knife and the cops wouldn't let his sister talk to him. They shot him five times including twice in the back,
It would appear that in this instance the cop had to make a split second decision, to me it looks like the girl in pink would of been stabbed, possibly fatally if he had not taken out the other girl
