That doesn't require any strong negotiation, Miss Piggy could turn up and say Article 50 has been triggered we are leaving the single market, customs union, free movement and won't be subject to ECJ. Where upon the EU team say fine no problem.

I doubt it would be that easy but I get your point. OK I'll add paying minimal if any leaving fee plus a good, mutually beneficial trade deal.

no they will do their usual, spend, run out of money, tax more, waste more, spend a lot more, tax more, mwaste more la la la la .....

They (Labour) will certainly make history in that case. Her Majesty's Loyal Opposition have never managed that before, ever.....................

Oh, sorry - did you actually mean the Tories?

Well if my facebook feed is anything to go by labour should be in for a landslide victory! It seems everyone is either virtue signalling TO THE MAX or they are stupid left wing bellends. Unlike the bitter tolerant leftists though, I have no interest in un-friending them like a spoilt child throwing a tantrum.

Delivering an outcome that prioritises the wishes of the majority that voted in the referendum.

The wishes of the majority were what? Surely she won't just stick two fingers up. It's more complex. You need to be liked to negotiate when you're in a weak position.

Generally speaking, the majority favoured returning sovereignty/control to the UK parliament over supposed economic benefits with a soupcon of kicking the establishment in the crown jewels IMO.

Need to be liked bollox. The other side needs to believe you will walk away if you don't get what you want to want. Going in believing we are weak see bending over.

1). Yes, that would help enormously, well Abbott and the front bench and much of the Blairite Chelsea-socialist PLP really........Corbyn's support for remain was muted, to say the least, and I believe he would respect the outcome of the referendum; I wouldn't trust the PLP not to renege, though.

2). Actually they have. Those who would willingly vote for a pig with a blue rosette would probably disagree - or more likely just grunt......

Does it matter? No - see answer 1). (which won't happen). Expect a Labour resurgence once we are safely out of the EU, when all us Labour who voted UKIP and for leave return to the fold.

well I'm going to assume you are being humorous by saying anyone who votes blue can only grunt-as this is a friendly board and you obviously aren't trying to be nasty to anyone, we are after all entitled to our own opinions without being insulted just because they differ from yours. And thank you to all those labour(and conservative and the rest) who voted for leave for basically screwing the country for the next 20 years. I know, no one actually knows what will happen, but in common with most of the rest of the world I think its not going to be good.

A Labour resurgence will only happen after the Corbynites are removed, and lets face it, he has seeded the party faithful with his own in the vote for me for a fiver or whatever it was to rig the leadership elections for the next 5 years, and was embarking on deselecting the actual Labour Party candidates for his Marxist chums before the Election was called. So I fully expect Labour to be trounced in June, Corbyn will be re-elected leader of a much reduced Labour Party and the cycle will start again. This is a great shame as we actually need a decent opposition for our government system to work well, but the red left has done its best to destroy any hope of that

The wishes of the majority were what?.
Rather more than 17.5M people know that exactly. Sorry you're not one of them.

Surely she won't just stick two fingers up.
Up what?

No it isn't. It might be difficult coming to a final agreement, though.

Yeh? They all loved Thatcher when she went in with her handbag, didn't they? Actually, though, you may have a point there - Thatcher 'Say-One-Thing-And-Do-Another' really told those Eurocrats what they could do, didn't she............before saying, sorry, didn't mean to make a fuss and upset you, of course I'll sign the Single European Act. Where do you want me to sign?
