The dominant narrative in this election is quite bizzare. Corbyn is a sham, despite most people quite liking his policies actually. May is strong and capable, whilst the tories have been anything but for years..

OK. I get it.

Whoever posted the media doesn't decide elections these days is having a laugh, they have a very very big hand in the narrative.

all Labour have to do to win this election is to ditch Corbyn, Abbott, and half the front bench team.............
1). Yes, that would help enormously, well Abbott and the front bench and much of the Blairite Chelsea-socialist PLP really........Corbyn's support for remain was muted, to say the least, and I believe he would respect the outcome of the referendum; I wouldn't trust the PLP not to renege, though.

...................................come up with some realistic policies that are at least costed realistically.
2). Actually they have. Those who would willingly vote for a pig with a blue rosette would probably disagree - or more likely just grunt......

Does it matter? No - see answer 1). (which won't happen). Expect a Labour resurgence once we are safely out of the EU, when all us Labour who voted UKIP and for leave return to the fold.

Hmmm..................what, those legions of circumcised foxes . . . . . . . yeh, right!

Probably about the same amount that belongs to the orange order!

On a serious note kudos to you for putting country before party loyalty as many other Labour voters have.

For all the faults of the Tories, it's seriously depressing how 28-33% ish will vote the party line no matter what.

Other than on Facebook from the lefties no one is talking about he election.

It's a fine deal Theresa is going to win with a decent majority and rightly so. Only way we can negotiate a strong Brexit.

What is the definition of a strong Brexit?

Leaving the EU (Internal/single market, ECJ jurisdiction, free movement)

That doesn't require any strong negotiation, Miss Piggy could turn up and say Article 50 has been triggered we are leaving the single market, customs union, free movement and won't be subject to ECJ. Where upon the EU team say fine no problem.

What negotiation? We are going to be given a take it or leave it ultimatum from the other 26 nations, and who can blame them?
