Doesn't matter whether it is the Tories or Labour who get in, nothing is going to change.

How about a lower council tax bill for starters. I'm paying £170.00 a month for a band D property under LDC. Why are our council tax bills some of the most expensive in the country? What's so special that LDC need to charge us so much. Lewes is number 8 on the list. http://council-tax-rates.com/index.php/most-expensive-councils Why does nobody protest against this?

And stop sending billions to the EU every year and spending billions on foreign aid where we feel that we get nothing back from it.

What you mean like giving India 1.6bn and they spend 10bn on submarines. I remember many years ago the Indian PM stated that India did not need aid from the Uk, but it still continued.

Just been reading this on the Telegraph....Joey Essex seems to have a full grasp of the UK political system:lolol:

11.07 The Liberal Democrats have renamed themselves the Liberal "Democats". It comes after Joey Essex, a reality TV star, joked with Nick Clegg that he had assumed that was their name.

Here's the earlier exchange again, as reported by Matthew Holehouse.

"Liberal Democats. It's a weird word isn't it. It's got cats in it," says Essex."Crats," says Clegg. "Wicked," replies Essex.

"You are basically ruling this country aren't you?" "We'll I've been deputy prime minister for the past five years," says the DPM. "Siiiiick," says Essex

The extreme scaremongering by Cameron, Boris and Co is pretty despicable, in my view.

'Pick-pocketing'?.... says the Tory party who in the 1970/80's their hierarchy were putting their hands into the pockets of little boys and girls.... sure, who really wants to relive that era of Heath, Powell and all the other alleged child abusers??

It's not scaremongering it's electioneering, Labour uses benefits and the NHS, Tories it's Tax and defence.

Another soundbite from the political heavyweight Joey Essex today...........

"David Cameron is the Prime Minister. But to be fair, to me, they are all prime ministers"

Much as every fibre in my being, by way of upbringing, past voting patterns and moral standing, screams VOTE LABOUR !!, won't be doing so this time around. Ed Miliband is a fraud who in no way believes the words coming out of his mouth and Caroline Lucas is a far more impressive constituency MP.

I unfortunately do not live in Brighton although it is my home city, and being a socialist my vote would also go to Caroline Lucus, labour party in Brighton has been just to cosy in the past and the ones I still know of are just watered down tories anyway

Thats a great book, very funny too -

The bookmakers Coral have released their odds on who they think will win Thursday’s leaders’ debate (with winning defined as coming top in the YouGov poll). Nigel Farage is the favourite. Here are the full odds: 7-4 Nigel Farage, 11-4 Ed Miliband, 7-2 David Cameron, 6-1 Nicola Sturgeon, 9-1 Nick Clegg, 11-1 Natalie Bennett, and 25-1 Leanne Wood.

Nicola Sturgeon is a very seasoned politician and seems a very big price at 6-1
