Egg on top with chips and beans with worcestshire sauce drowning it all
Is the correct answer.I love roast gammon, for veg either cheesy leaks or cauliflour cheese as its a great cheese/bacon pairing. Then tatties, peas and a light gravy, made with veg stock cube.
Not being rude but why Gammon ! There are far nicer tasting meats like Lamb , beef etc . I thought Gammon like corned beef was mainly eaten in the 2nd world war when there was a shortage of decent meat . Each to their own I guess .Always a tough one and I've been known to swing both ways on this particular issue but what is the perfect accompaniment to a gammon steak?
