Saw the game and Zamora tored Juve apart... and this is one of the best defences in Europe. Got to be given a chance for england. Dempseys goalw as sublime and as far as IM concerned it was a red card. Gera was behind Camoresi so he was through on goal... doersnt matter if he stumbled and fell over Gera. Penalty was a bit harsh though. JUve AGAIN lost their discipline and they paid.

it's amazing what super roy has done there when you think back to the mess they were in when he took over after sanchez f***ed them up by buying the entire northern ireland national team

Juventus cannot cope with Bobby Zamora. That is a sentence I thought I would never type. He has been unstoppable tonight, mind. Less than two minutes to go to half-time and the Italian giants are hanging on. Juventus cannot cope with Bobby Zamora. That is a sentence I thought I would never type. They're talking about the Liverpool Lille game now on the BBC site, but you wouldn't think it:

2046: Bobby Zamora would have buried this one. Dirk Kuyt does well down the right and loops over a cross to the back post, where it is met by Fernando Torres... who heads the ball back towards the opposite corner of the net, but narrowly wide. Close, but no cigar for the Spaniard.

You can stick the Champions League, that was like what European football used to be like in the 70/80's
