without some decent investment in January, and with Fat Sam at WBA, 4th bottom is as good as it will be for us this season imho....... we're all fur coat and no nickers, we continually flatter to deceive, huff and puff and nothing.

Personally, I think this year will be the year we will sleepwalk back into the championship before a summer mass exodus. We've got the relegation shirt!

Doesnt matter how mush possession you have or how pleasing on the eye you may be, you have to find a way to grind out wins when youre not playing well, even more so when you are and we simply can't. Potter not replacing Welbeck or adding another striker and instead swapping Lamptey for Veltman on 75 mins was just odd.

Game was there to be won and we couldn't.

Glad you said that. I thought I was going to be the only weird one who enjoyed it.

It was enjoyable. Not every game that's a good watch needs to be wankfest of flowing beauty. I thought both teams gave everything and were mindful of the dangers at the back. Neither deserved to lose.

Negatives from tonight. Our attackers.

Tony needs to get his cheque book out and sign up someone who can score or we're down with Fulham and West Brom.

How do we know when two of them are sat on the bench flicking bogeys at each other?

Felt more confidence in Sanchez. Tough game where we had one excellent spell but, as usual, couldn’t capitalise - unluckily. Decent point in the big picture, as long as we get 3 against the Blades...

Crap 0-0 draw against relegation favourites, Sanchez was the only shining light, Potter will probably drop him for the Sheff Utd. match.

Weirdly... I enjoyed watching our second half performance. Lots of effort, some creativity, some bad luck, some good performances. Sorry everyone.

there is clearly something wrong at the club and it goes back to time where connolly, maupay and ryan were dropped.

This.

Masters in Emotional Intelligence and he’s ruined three of our squad

Again, though, for the millionth time, it all comes down to a sitter missed in the first half. Overall a good performance but absolutely pathetic finishing.

Our Polish boys, still loaned back to their previous clubs, are either of them strikers? If not, when will TB actually open his eyes to the blindingly xxxxin' obvious to everybody else fact that we need to get a QUALITY striker?
No they are not.... but Percy "the work permit" Tau could be with us soon.

Because the manager is tactically inept!

What more can he do tactically? Numerous chances, crosses flashing across the box, domination of the ball, and yet individuals miss control, make stray passes, miss clear headers, fluff shots.

Sorry, tactically absolutely nothing wrong with the setup today. This is down to player quality.

Some of you won’t, can’t, do anything but see it as the manager, but it’s on the players on the pitch when you have that much of the ball in and around their box that much.
