By my reckoning, Worthing have now had 11 former Albion players on their books this season, plus current player Bailey Smith on loan for the first half of the campaign.
Who are the 11 out of interest? Hinshelwood Snr possibly on the move, heavily linked with York at the moment, with Kuipers spotted at the York game at the weekend (I believe he’s his agent), Stockdale director of football up there as well.

I was wrong - it's 12! (I missed Ricky Aguiar initially).

Kane Wills
Jesse Starkey
Jake Robinson
Reece Meekums
Danny Barker
Cam Tutt
Maxwell Bartlett
Roco Rees
Ricky Aguiar (Loan from Swindon)
Danny Cashman
Glen Rea
Jack Spong

In addition:-
Darren Budd, James Beresford, Conrad Honore and Luca Cocoracchio, who were with Worthing last season, departed in the summer.

Not a move, as such, but just-released goalkeeper Toby Bull made only three appearances for the U-21s in 2022-23. He wasn't spending all his free time playing Fortnite though (or whatever the kidz are up to these days) as he has just completed his Master in Football Business Management from Sports Business Institute Barcelona.
Former Albion goalkeeper Toby Bull signed for Worthing on Saturday:-

It's his SIXTH club this season - Eastbourne Town (4 appearances), Carshalton Athletic (2 appearances), injured for a few weeks, Burgess Hill Town (4 appearances), Aveley (1 appearance, actually during his spell at Burgess Hill) and Wealdstone (on the bench for an FA Trophy match).
He played in Worthing's 3-1 defeat on Saturday - he won't want to see Taunton's second goal again

Former Albion U-23 goalkeeper Adam Desbois joined Eastbourne Borough on May 13 from Hampton & Richmond Borough.

Desbois had a curious career at Albion; he spent three years with the club but was one of those non-playing goalkeepers (see also McGill, Thomas) as he made only five starts for the U-23s - all in the Sussex Senior Cup when it was mostly an U-18 side - with just one substitute appearance in Premier League 2. It wasn't because of injury because he was named on the bench on 37 occasions. I'd love to know how the whole "training goalkeeper" thing came to be, and why.

Not 'on the move' but the young striker Shim Mhueka poached from our academy by Chelsea, scored a really terrific goal for England at the U17 Euros yesterday. Could be one we really rue down the line - though the 20% sell on the tribunal reportedly awarded us may bear some significant fruit.

That Mikey Moore is quite a special talent too. Could be a superstar.

They still haven't released last season's yet, so I wouldn't hold your breath.
I don't know why the club seem to have changed directive to publish as little as possible about the academy teams but it seems a great shame to me. At least for the U21s you'd think a little more exposure might help to prepare them for life in the men's game.

Have you spotted any Instagram or twitter posts to the effect of new contracts or people being released?

No, not yet.

A couple of weeks ago I did post a round-up of the current status (to my knowledge) of the 2nd-year scholars situation.

The Premier League publish their retained and released lists around the middle of June, so that's when we'll get the definitive picture.

Aaron Connolly wasn't offered a new contract by Hull I see. Wonder where he'll end up? Should easily find a L1 level club. How long before he ends up at Worthing like the rest?

George Cox (U23 LB six or seven years ago) has left Volendam by mutual consent, following their relegation from the Eridivisie. 120 odd games in five years in the Eridivisie (the first four with Fortuna Sittard).
