Drawn away to the top team in the Premier League with a 100 per cent winning record . Worse draw possible.

No Gillingham or Stevenage at home for us.

Arsenal will not care about the League cup this year, Arsenal will play the kids - Its a great chance

October currently has 6 PL games alone, throw in a couple of Europa League games means they will rotate

Really weird how people look at the team choices. ‘Oh no! Potter isn’t playing the strongest team! Is he insane?’

Well, unlike the other prem teams, our youngsters didn’t concede. So our squad players get minutes and experience.

Well, this time we got away with it. Schoolboy error by management yet again though ..... FGR away? Oh, must be the Papa John's Trophy then ...... how many over-age players are we allowed?"
Still - doesn't really matter - just seen the draw for the next round. How come two PL teams get drawn together in the PJ Trophy then?
FFS ...........................

Surprisingly the next round isn’t played until w/c 7th Nov ! Arsenal will play in the Europa League the Thursday before and then have Chelsea away on the Sunday before our game, so will be very surprised if Arteta plays his key players for this one. We have a good chance if we field a strong team

I was joking, based on the minimal noise from the Sky clips.

I’m accustomed to 3,000 away supporters outsinging the opposition eg at West Ham.

I thought ‘we’ were very quiet, hardly anything got going, most of what did was aimed at their number 3, Bernard, who seemed to have a permanent wedgie. .

They won’t take the Europa League seriously. It’s worth bugger all, with low odds of a win.

Chelsea, Spurs and Arsenal on vast playing buying operations this summer, desperately chasing top 4 places come May 2023.

Arsenal have spent £278m in fees in 15 months, despite having zero CL income.

They won’t play first teamers in the EL.
