The name Port Vale exists on maps predating the formation of the club in 1876, and is a reference to a valley of ports on the Trent and Mersey canal, associated with the city's pottery industry.
Arsenal is the correct answer , The name Arsenal has never been spotted on a map in England let alone London, Yes you are correct about why they were called Arsenal, but Arsenal are! the only club with a name with no association with any geographical place to history........unless you want to start adding in all their old names, unlucky.

Yes, it is a suburb of Birkenhead

Its name was given by Norwegian Vikings who settled and colonised Wirral in the 10th century. Tranmere in Old Norse is Trani-melr, meaning "Cranebird sandbank" or "sandbank with the Cranebirds".
