In his prime, Gazza had everything. I remember opposition players trying to tackle him would either bounce off him or be left behind as he spun away or laid off a pass. He could tackle, dribble and pass and finish. If only he had had the help he needed for his mental demons when younger, who knows how good he could have been....Gazza scored 10 goals in 57 appearances for England
Beckham took every corner , free kick and many of our penalties for years yet scored only 17 goals in 115 appearances. He couldn't tackle, dribble or head.
Gazza's range of passing, everything instinctively drive the team upfield, a dream for forwards to play with, all so natural to him. A rarity from these Isles.
