Watford to win the league next season? :moo:

Crazy. That man is too handsome to be sacked.

Not sure if already posted, but they have installed this new cryotherapy treatment chamber for faster injury recovery for their players.

They're totally bonkers then. Watford, who have spent most of the last decade in the second tier, did very well to finish 13th. Do the fans really think that a team like Watford should be in the top half of the PL? Absolutely deluded.

The sad thing is: if we were to go up and finished 13th in our first season in the PL, there'd be bunch of people on here calling for CH to be sacked as mid-table wouldn't be good enough

Having read things from some of their fans, it seems there is more to it than meets the eye. He has been playing the same 11 into the ground, refuses to change the starting 11 and players that started to lose form have completely lost confidence. Apparently his agent was also touting him around spanish clubs in January. Sounds like a bit of a bell end to me.

What a strange club Watford has become.

Poor mans Chelsea, 4 managers worked last season so sacking managers in the only thing that works for them.

Whatever div we are in, thank god we have TB

Bit like the Leicester fan on the radio the other week saying that the squad wasn't good enough to win the champions league.

I CAN'T BELIEVE SOME OF THE POSTS ON THIS THREAD

That club have sacked managers who fail , they have sacked mangers who succeed and sacked managers somewhere in between in recent years. What is it they are actually looking for in a Manager ?

So what if Flores was touting himself around Spain and we have no evidence of this yet. They should take it as a compliment they have a manager that Spanish clubs would even consider and they would be well compensated if he was poached during his contract.

They won't have a problem finding suitors to take the job because they are a Premiership outfit at the moment but if they get relegated then no decent manager is going to want to work for a Board like that. They could end up like Leeds United where only the cheap and desperate Managers end up going to them because decent managers don't want a swift sacking on their CVs - Especially not from a club like Watford. They are hardly Real Madrid where sackings are the norm but when you get sacked by Real Madrid you usually get anther top job in Europe.

Right time to go for a few beers and watch the match
