First Brighton Away Game?

Orient (as they were for a while) in 1969. A draw 1-1 or 0-0, I think. The first of many games there going with my cousins (and uncle who was still alive) who all support them. Have never been able to hate them for that reason, even during the horror years.

Enjoyed it so much that we went to Southampton the following week. Lost 5-1. Cage. Rain.

Aldershot, early 70's? Lil Fucillo(?) got sent off minutes after coming on if I remember rightly.

Just consulted my lists repository, it was 3rd March 1974, Division 3, we won 1-0!

I think it was Swindon in 1972. We went 2-0 up but ended up hanging on for a 2-2.

Same for me.. We bought tickets outside the ground, after arriving a bit late.. Ended up with the Peterboro fans.. Looked like it might have kicked off had we won it.
