Specifically haven't ridden the bike today knowing it would be busier than normal, just did a bit of work on the car and had some play time with my son in the back garden. That'll do me.

Some inconsiderate barsteward had a BBQ going though, and I haven't got any charcoal.

Us too..on with the suntan cream...was supposed to be off to Madeira Monday but getting the sun here instead

TUI still haven’t contacted us!

Don't hold your breath. We were supposed to be going to Cyprus on March 25th and haven't heard a peep.

I understand re staff shortages etc but you would have thought a courtesy email wouldn't have been beyond them, given that they were in my inbox every week up until the lockdown, pestering us about excursions and seat upgrades.

No, but It obviously makes you feel better to come on here and bully someone who you know absolutely nothing about.[/QUOT

I think we have all worked out what youare about.

The point is don’t come on here spearing false to ours

As for bullying you, what because I asked you to provide some substance to your rant?

I agree

It’s a wait and see...we also have one booked in August and they want an extra £300 from the original deposit.

Trouble is you don’t really want pay that extra money, yet there again, if this does start to calm down, we looked on their site for our holiday in August and it is currently £1500 extra from what we paid....so do we pay the £300 in case it does mean we can go, or hang it and wait till they cancel or we lose the holiday!

Can’t we have a minute’s clapping (or maybe hissing & booing) for all the dickheads and morons ignoring the rules and potentially costing lives. Would be a great way to send out a message!

I live right on the seafront at the bottom of Galley Hill in Bexhill so I'm allowed to go for an hours walk along the prom as it's just outside my door, which I have done most days for the last couple of weeks. It was misty earlier but then the sun came out around 1pm and I was expecting there would be quite a few people walking around but there wasn't. Very few people considering the weather was beautiful, no more than any other day when it was a lot colder and everyone keeping a good distance apart.

Seems to me that a pretty high percentage of people are following the rules. I think it's the British way, due to our playing cricket.

Hastings seafront looked rammed earlier, slightly less busy than you’d expect at this time of year.

Daily exercise for adults should be a solo activity.

???

On a related note, I went round Macknade in Faversham today, while Mts T and the nipper stayed at home. Orderly 6 feet apart queue to get in. Except most in the queue were couples. There was also one family of 4 adults, three of them orca sized and two wearing face masks. What the actual jesus H ****ing christ of a ****ing ****? ???

Galley Hill end of Bexhill has always been a quiet end of town, even before Covid-19.
It is quite peaceful down there :)

We live in a flat and have been isolating for 16 days now. We drove a quarter of a mile down the road to my misses's parents. They stay locked indoors and we just go around the side to the garden so my little boy can run about and go on the trampoline. I was amazing at how many people were sitting out the front of their houses chatting with all the neighbours. It was like there was a street party going on. Unreal.

Worked out what I’m about, I doubt it, and that’s why I don’t post on here very often because of people like you who choose to make an issue out of things.
It wasn’t a rant just an observation but you make of it what you like.
Stay safe.

Took the family out for a picnic in the park today. Couldn’t believe all the selfish people that were there.

If you took it that way I apologise...I didn’t mean to single you out, but there is so much misinformation about there that the facts get swallowed up. Possible working with Americans where trumps reality is somewhere out near Mars!

Sorry again

Stay safe yourself.

Were they social distancing?
