I live 100% in Burgess Hill these days, unfortunately. However, I spent the vast majority of my childhood in Mid Sussex's finest village. As kids, we were fascinated by the idea that there was a naturist resort nearby, or at least that was the rumour (these were of course pre-internet days).

I too can't believe Hurstpierpoint has been left out, particularly when Hassocks was included.

Hurstpierpoint is the village Hassocks only wishes it could be.

I can't be having this. I have just moved to Hassocks as a result of the beating my previous home of Burgess Hill regularly took on this forum and now I find I have made another locational faux pas.
