Approximately 22% of Premier League games end in a draw.

42% of Premier League games are won by a margin of a single goal.

In his 7 seasons at Fenerbahce, they averaged +1.14 net goals per 90 minutes, when he has been on the pitch.

That means the goal difference per 90 minutes is +1.14, when he plays.

Hopefully Ferdi can have a similar effect in the Premier League.

Joel Veltman's stat, in his 5 seasons with Brighton, is +0.04.

Oranges and apples, I know, but still food for thought.
These 'stats' are utterly worthless, surely, unless you have the equivalent value for the games they played when Kadioglu (and Veltman) were NOT playing? 🤷‍♂️

Ferdi's TEAM scored a goal a game more than their opponents, simply because they are a relatively big / successful team in that league.

He’s being brought in as an RB who can cover LB if needed.

Surely that’s clear?
It is to you. It is to me.
Not sure it is to all though, and this thread and others too are testament to that.
I'd add that he's played in multiple positions other than full back but, in the main, he plays as a full back -- on both sides.

It's over a period of seven years, so it's safe to say the games would be a range of difficulty.

The game value is not important, the important part is the goal difference with or without him in the team.

They we're much better when he played, and demonstrably worse without.

But you haven't actually presented the net goals value for the games he DIDN'T play in, so they are not 'demonstrably' anything!

He was a clear player of the season winner as voted for by thir fans, last season. He won virtually 50% of the vote.
That’s a decent stat.
Seems like Fenerbahce have the same issue as we do with POTS!

That would be very, very significant, if that is the case. Do you have a link to these stats, please?

My take from that is that he needs to keep the longer hair and facial hair.

Er...

That shows EXACTLY what I suggested it did - the number of goals his team scored / conceded, while he was playing.

The last column is the one you want! (And to be fair, that is still very positive (y) )

Literally EVERY player, playing a significant number of games, for any club that finishes regularly in the top three places of any league, will have a similarly 'good' value for this +/- stat.
