I take the segregation point, but I think Sunderland need to look at their pricing policy, they would be better off reducing prices and filling the ground, thereby making more money overall and generating a better atmosphere.
It is heartening to the away team and its fans to see empty seats all around the ground at such a big game. They were also talking about it on Radio 5 Live.

McCarthy was interviewed on local BBC radio this morning ... he sounded seriously depressed "sick as a parrot" .... though I think "bitter and twisted" were the words he used!
Looks like Julio Arca will be on his way to a Premiership club and Babb and McAteer's days are now numbered.
