The French bloke in the Open Market sells them, he's in the middle part where the old Fishmonger is. Principal Meats(next to the Market) also do a quite good anglicised version of them sometimes.
I just lots in freezer from other people's trips to France

A very succesful cafe owner once told me, and he is so right, the essence of a good breakfast is good quality sauasages, bacon and a decent cup of tea the rest can be Tesco blue and white or any other rubbish and the breakfasts will sell well .

I'm suprised Heston Blumenthal hasn't done one of his in search of perfection programmes about the humble fry-up. I'd have to disagree with the previous posters remarks about tea, sausages and bacon being the key components eggs too me are important its easy to taste the difference between rubbish eggs and decent ones. The key component for me is a great doorstep wedge of toast with it.
