At the end of my tether
I have always been a sucker for the American cop genre.

Old black and white ones like Dragnet and Highway Patrol. Then Kojak, Hill Street Blues, NYPD Blue, Homicide (Life on The Street) . I was less fond of The Shield and did not like The Wire.
I watch Chicago PD but I am less fond of it. Recently I found Bosch, on Amazon , that looks promising.
British ones I have not usually taken to, except Line of Duty ...

By a country mile.....and I can't even ever remember seeing it...

Mind you that 'Call of Duty' programme was popular.

'The Wire' for me second only to Sopranos in any genre, followed by 'The Shield'. Both ran close of course by the gritty British , sorry I mean gritty YORKSHIRE classic 'Heartbeat'.
