Looking forward to....

We are staying up, said we are staying up...

....once we can sing it 100% secure

Shame Since I was young doesn't get more people joining in. Only ever seems to be the North Stand who sing it

Otherwise, personal faves...

GOSBTS
Brighton Aces
Walking in a Murray wonderland
We've got Knockeart
We're on our way (last season)

Not BHA I know, but these are amusing.

1. "His name is Rio and he watches from the stand"
Rio Ferdinand faced this chant after he was banned for missing a drugs test in 2003, sung to the tune of 'Rio' by Duran Duran

2. "When you're sat in row Z, and the ball hits your head, that's Zamora, that’s Zamora"
Fulham supporters on former goal-shy striker Bobby Zamora, sung to the tune of Dean Martin's 'That's Amore'

3. "You should have stayed on the telly"
Alan Shearer suffered this chant when he stopped working on Match of the Day to take charge of Newcastle, but wasn't able to save them from being relegated

4. "He's fast, he's red, he talks like Father Ted, Robbie Keane"
Liverpool fans salute their striker

5. "Your teeth are offside, your teeth are offside, Luis Suarez, your teeth are offside"
Manchester United fans singing about Liverpool forward Luis Suarez's large gnashers

6. "Deep fry yer pizzas, we're gonna deep fry yer pizzas"
Scotland fans made this threat against Italy's cuisine in a Fifa World Cup qualifier in March 2007

7. "Chelsea, wherever you may be, keep your wife from John Terry"
Sung to the tune of 'Lord of the Dance', Chelsea fans salute their Captain after his affair with former team-mate Wayne Bridge's ex-girlfriend

8. "John Carew, Carew. He likes a lap-dance or two. He might even pay for you. John Carew, Carew"
Sung to the tune of 'Que Sera Sera' by Doris Day, this was the Villa fans' tribute to their player after he was caught visiting a gentlemen's club in 2008

9. "Fat Eddie Murphy, you're just a fat Eddie Murphy"
The Newcastle United fans heckling Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink back in his Chelsea days

10. "You only live round the corner"
Fulham fans sing to Manchester United supporters during their 2-0 win in the 2008/9 season

I quite liked

Man U fans Park Ji Sung

Park, Park wherever you may be
You eat dogs in your home country,
Still it could be worse,
You could be scouse,
Eating rats in your council house

Spurs fans to The Gallagher brothers when they played Man City

You’re just a sh!t Chas and Dave.......

Was sung very loudly away from home in our two recent promotion campaigns. As I said before, some songs just don't travel through our bumper PL crowds because they don't know them.

“We Are Brighton ........ from the South” has always been my favourite. Can be sung with real gusto.

With everyone on board this is a brilliant chant. I can remember some deafening renditions .. err ....a few decades back.....my how time flies!

'You're gonna get your farkin heads kicked in' always had a certain ring about it. The unliklihood being perhaps the most poignant aspect.

You're going home if you think you're hard enough!

Come and have a go if you think you're an ambulance

Classics

Nearly blew my left kidney out my ringpiece, laughing at that :O:bigwave:

Not a fan of the Palace-type ones with all the ooooo ooo oooooooooooooo, oooo oo oooooooooo etc.

Brighton Aces, We Are Brighton, and GOSBTS (with stand or fall) get the old neck hairs going when the whole ground does it.

'Johnny Crumplin football genius' always made me laugh back in the day.

Started going in the North Stand in the early 70's & this is still a favourite, which I've been known to belt out to bemused looks after a victory in various pubs in town.

Bertie Mee said to Bill Shankly
Have you heard of the North Bank Highbury?
Shanks said no I don't think so
But I've heard of the Brighton, North Stand

La La La etc.

For me its got to be the old knock knock/bow legged chicken one that seems to have disappeared from the NS vocabulary:

Knock Knock

Who's there?

Izza

Izza who?

Is a knock kneed chicken and a bow legged hen

We ain't lost a fight since I don't know when,

We don't give a wiggle and we don't give a ****

Cos we are the Brighton North Stand

La la la la la la .......

Close second for me is:

We are blue,

We are white,

We are ****ing dynamite,

La la la la, la la la, la la.

'Go left go right' could be good if the west and east joined in.

Bear with me, had a few, still celebrating last night!

Nostalgia ain't what is used to be.

Whereas it used to be Jimmy Jimmy Jimmy Hill, Jimmy Hill, Jimmy Hill.... oh w--k w--k w--k w--k etcetera, somehow if we could revisit that and shoehorn Lineker into it that would be something.

I used to love the loud renditions of Cheer up Barry Fry back in the lower division days
