Gorgonzola Dolce to be precise, or Dolcelatte as it is otherwise known as.
I spent a year in Sardinia. Not easy to get hold of a bit of casu marzu unless you know the right shepherd.
We may be able to make it here, come the end of the year. I'm adding it to my list of benefits
Easy enough to get hold of the pecorino but I'm not sure if the supermarkets stock cheese flies
