Remember if you fancy a bit of afters on Saturday night, to head down to the H Bar in Hove.

Line up is:
Floor 1
Innate (Tech and Deep House)
Sparky Dog (House and Electro) (its Sparky's official album launch)

Floor 2
Richard Marriot (Progressive House)
Chris Hampshire (Trance Classics)
Woody van Eyden (Trance and tech)

It's £5 open till 3.30. We are running a coach back from FBS but unfortunately its sold out (at £7 including club entry we think its a bargain!)

Saturday 2nd - hope to see some of you there!

A glow stick friendly crowd? or not really?

What time does Woody's set start? I'm going to Glastonwick at Coombes Farm. By 11pm, I'll probably barely be able to find my way back to my mum's in North Lancing, as it's a real ale as well as music festival too, Hove'll be too far to contemplate, probably.

See you there then I hope! Both the trance downstairs and the house and electro upstairs will be off the highest order!! :)

I'll hold you to that ;)

Is this likely to get busy mate? H Bar is pretty small isn't it?

Yes it is! Numbers have ranged between 150 - 260 for our previous 3 events. It all depends on how many people pile out of FBS and fancy a bit of afters... be nice to break 300 on Sat which is capacity!

so, I am still trying to consider whether to go along this evening to this. I am quite happy to have a boogie so long as the music is not just boom boom boom stuff, The Mrs gets really irritated if I put anything on in the car that sounds like FBS's album ( the one with FBS is f*cking in Heaven on it ).

So will there be anything that we recognise, like Praise you, or Put your hands up for Brighton etc etc , or will it just be mash ups of noise?

I know that sounds really old but fro 70 odd quid, i don't want her after 5 minutes to head fro the car park

It'd be good to see you there Dave. He'll definitely play "praise you" and so on; should be a good mix of stuff. Look at vids of previous ones on youtube. He opened with the charlie and the chocolate factory theme tune at big beach boutique 4.

Bearing in mind the theme for his new material is acid house and he is on after Carl cox, if I hear them album version of praise you I will be leaving. Pretty confident that won't happen though.

I rekon GW should go and see what the fuss is about.

FBS has been doing build up shows on xfm. The latest is at On The Road To Big Beach Bootique 5 - Show #9 - Xfm

It will be pretty dancey, with the odd sample and bit of 'known' stuff looped in I imagine, but don't expect him to be playing a load of his previous stuff.
