...maybe we need a song like their # Hi Ho Sheffield Wednesday# that really encourages you to join in loudly, the crowd were definitely the 12th man....
Hi Ho Bright nove Albion ?

As has been previously mentioned, WSU is the key.
When the noise only comes from one area others are reluctant to join in.
Away last season at Sheffield Wednesday they has the band/ singing behind the goal and the upper tier to our left were loud too...the result was that the whole ground was rocking and we were completely drowned out.....not something that we were used to on the road..........THATS HOW ITS DONE and maybe we need a song like their # Hi Ho Sheffield Wednesday# that really encourages you to join in loudly, the crowd were definitely the 12th man....
I still think we need a new club war anthem. GOSBTS is a nice jolly hockey sticks kind of song but we something with a bit more bite to it. I think the song is too slow and doesn't generate the right kind of atmosphere.
It would sound great..........Hi Ho Bright nove Albion ?
i think you will find other sections might get a bit lively too!
4. there will be a selection of loud music to wind the atmosphere up and in effect dround out the away fans, which is what happens to us at away games...
The trouble with these meetings are they they are full of 'yes' men. I bet not one fan brought up the f*** ups the club have made in the last few weeks!
I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS. I want to be able to speak to the person next to me, to hear the fans singing (even if it is the away fans), and enjoy the 'buzz'... not some crappy pop music.
Hebbard said (when asked) that club policy was no drums/instruments
Total bollocks actually. Join one the independent supporters clubs and find out.
my point at the meeting!
and what did they say?
i think they think we need to hyped up by stirring music!
Was Richard Hebbard there? The issue of being allowed to stand for more than just a goal will need to be addressed. The farce at Withdean was ridiculous. I would hope the back 25% of each stand is allowed to stand for example.
