There were a couple of duff questions but I thought it was much MUCH better than previous years. The last one was hilarious.

This. Lot of whining on here tonight.

They never name targets and are always going to be fairly 'political'/guarded with their answers.

What is everyone expecting?

What I'm really looking forward to, more than nearly anything else (except a Zamora goal) is the video of the forum, with the NSC comments appearing as subtitles or as a "newsfeed ribbon".
That shit deserves to go viral.

Can somebody summarise what was said? only the important bits please, sure there were loads of pointless questions.

Any news on new signings and Dunk?

CH on 4-4-2

Paraphrased - "We've mostly been playing that system in pre-season . . . . . . It's a good system . . . . I like it . . . . . but you must have the right players . . . . . exceptional central midfielders"

They're still looking for wide/attacking players and a CB. They hope Dunk stays but everyone has a price.
Is that all he said on Dunk? Given the reaction on NSC, that he's definitely going, I thought I must have missed a bit. Of course everyone has a price and there's no guarantee on any player.

It was the tone Bloom used. It didn't sound convincing i must admit.

I didn't read anything into it, but I'm probably daft.

Newcastle show interest in Brighton defender
Fulham will launch a new £4million bid to sign Brighton defender Lewis Dunk.
The Cottagers had two offers refused, but are ready to test the Seagulls’ resolve with another bid.
However, Dunk’s price may rise as Newcastle are also interested now.

11:05 would be the future, no?
They already claimed that Fulham had bid £4million. Rehash.

Brighton / Hove actually
Can't see Dunk going, but Bloom will be interested in how much a club is prepared to pay and will encourage further bids, as that will be the starting guide price next time an offer is made. It's no more than a stock valuation at this stage.

He would have been daft to close the door on offers and rightly said "everybody has a price" even if the intention is to keep him.

Optimism is admirable as a general rule but if the "body language" comments are anything to go by Dunk'll be gone straight after the Fulham game.
