Bet you don't turn up Ernie ;)

Used to enjoy the old meetings at the Concorde Club when issues really were aired and discussed, however if the one coming up is going to be full of Lord Bracknell types (sorry LB, but haven't forgotten your embarassing outburst about Kuipers at the last meeting when you assumed the role of the fans' spokesman :nono: ) who don't ask any penetrating questions, then it will be a pretty boring affair....
All I said was that, as I read the situation, there were a lot of Albion supporters who would have the FDM as their first choice goalkeeper and that they would be disappointed to see him replaced. That would be an issue for any manager to deal with.

I stand by that view, and I'm not embarrassed by it. I was trying to tease out a comment about how managers deal with the views of fans who are sometimes blind to reality.

My personal opinion has always been that Roberts is a better keeper and my first choice since he arrived here.

This time, I might try to start a debate about why Cullip is still first choice for central defence. Is it because he's a fans' hero? Is McGhee ignoring his frequent mistakes? Or is he just the best we've got available?

On the 2k seats, MP made a statement that they would be in... they aren't... he should explain... (and I didn't hear the SCR phone-in BTW)....
And when you fail to show at the Forum, will you still claim that this question hasn't been answered?

I'm going to ask them (and I hope to be there) why they don't read NSC, and take notes on Gareth Glovers racing tips. They could then put a few million on & put a stop to all this silly bother with cash flow problems.
