Is it the 1st time we have had a sitting Prime Minster at a game of ours? We've had a deputy prime minister (prescott)
John Major used to lead a lot of the chants in the old Goldstone North Stand, until he got banned for that fight against Millwall in the 91 playoff semi finals.

Silly old bat
Nope but I object to him being a Villa fan

Oh and being an England fan when he’s the Prince of Wales, he should take a leaf out of Princess Anne’s book and support Wales until he dies or becomes king
Princess Anne supports Scottish rugby.

Princess Anne supports Scottish rugby.
Semantics. I was obviously referring to her support of rugby which I have always had great respect for. William supports England at football and rugby, maybe even cricket which I have no interest in, so don’t know about his allegiances there. Point is the Prince of Wales needs to support Wales in sport imo

I do think Anne thinks of herself as Scottish though

I wasn’t aware of the Seagull Travel coach being delayed longer than usual. There’s always a wait of 20 minutes or so. But I did see some blue lights through the rainy windows.

I’m not a Labour voter at the moment but I’m glad Starmer attended. It can’t be a bad thing for those in power to get an insight into Brighton and be able to chat directly with people who run clubs, about some of the challenges. Better to engage than to push these people away. Apart from anything else, he's a football and Arsenal fan and probably enjoyed being able to act like a normal human being for a couple of hours. As far as I’m concerned he was welcome.
