Anyway according to Robbie Savage my geography consultant Leeds is nearer to Plymouth than Brighton, its practically a local derby for you

Exactly. Ken Bates isn't renowned for his loyalty against the odds, is he?

We have a chairman who has already achieved miracles with this club and just for your info - home crowds and away attendances have no bearing on the decision for our stadium whatsover.

Run off and play in Roundhay Park

I think this sums up exactly how far you have fallen. Not so long ago you would have been wondering about the Champions League games coming up next, but now you are reduced to gloating about being 6 points ahead of Brighton, and just 4 points off the play-offs.

I think every Leeds fan is well aware of how far we've fallen and it's not so much the 'fall' as such, but the speed with which it happened, and we might have been through the wringer of late but given the same choices again, I'd take the fantastic European adventures we had, we might be a crappy team, in a crappy league, playing other crappy teams now but every Leeds fan that stood in the San Siro that night when Dom scored that goal has memories that cannot be taken away. Had we gone into admin I might think differently, but we lived the dream and I wouldn't change that for the world.

As our song goes "and we've had our ups and downs" this is a down (though to be fair I'd had more fun this season following Leeds than in a long time), but hey, we've been down before, we might never again be in the place we were before but that's football.

And as for Bates - he put £10m of his own personal fortune in clean cash into Leeds. He might be a rich man, but he is not rich enough to afford to lose £10m on a whim. Loyal or not, time will tell, but he was the only person with the guts to put his money where his mouth is.

Do you honestly believe that Bates has done this for the good of Leeds ?, then you are a poor misguided fool, Bates has done this for Bates and no one else. Wether Leeds benefit is a point for discussion, but remember he brought Chelsea for a £1, made £80 million losses, and then a fairy russian godfather comes along and bails him out and he makes £20 million, not bad business for a money man. He is just like Archer, no place in Football for these people and the sooner people like that are kicked out the better.

and Leeds are my second team, so hope I am proved wrong
