Definitely... if Perry and Knight say it is going to happen, then surely it will happen...

Where is your evidence that they WILL???

The form suggests YEARS of delays

Oh f***ing hell, here we go.

Sooner or later you are going to have to accept that the club have done everything they can to make this happen and have allowed for every eventuality in the process. I believe in the team's ability to deliver.

What you need to bear in mind Hiney, is that Arthur doesn't actually WANT it to happen, because when it does, he's going to look even stupider than he does now. He'd much prefer the whole project to collapse, so he can jack himself of coming on here crowing "I TOLD YOU SO !"

Hands up those who think the username 'Arthur' will mysteriously disappear in a couple of years time...

Why? What is there to suggest that we won't suffer more and more delays?

I don't believe in the teams ability to deliver because it has delivered f*** all so far apart from a few fancy drawings and a ruddy great dent in our bank account!

And planning permission.

OK, I'll bite.

What evidence do you (Arthur) possess or wish to present which suggests that the stadium will never happen, or will be years late if it does?

And planning permission.

In a designated AONB.
Not the easiest or most straightforward thing to achieve (unless of course you're Arthur, who would have had the whole thing signed, sealed, delivered and built within about, oooh, two weeks ?)

I don't. Just my opinion (although it would appear that certain posters on here feel I don't deserve that basic right). Likewise what proof do you have that it will? Again you don't!

OK, so what are you basing that opinion on?

Surely you must have at least a rudimentary idea of WHY you think it won't happen, or did you just wake up one morning and think to yourself "hmm, I'm going to have an opinion that Falmer will never be built, seems like a good way to pass some time".

Of course you have a right to an opinion.
Where you start getting on peoples tits though is when you start throwing half-baked accusations around regarding a string of "broken promises" supposedly made by Martin Perry, when he has done nothing of the sort.

There are a lot of people who have actively campaigned for the stadium and who have worked tirelessly on this project to finally get the planning permission. Having finally achieved that, they are now focussing their (considerable) skill and dedication towards getting this stadium built for us, whilst all YOU'VE done is sneer and snipe about the whole thing from the sidelines.

Well sick it up your arse. Despite all the setbacks, I had faith that we'd eventually get the planning permission, and I have faith that they will now deliver it on time. Go and moan about it on the Argus, cos your negative crap on here is getting boring.

We were at Withdean a year early. We paid Scally 3 years rent up front for Pissfield (and that deformed gimp kept hold of the final years rent anyway).

Simple - there have been hardly any delays on the back of the issues being the club's fault - despite your belief system being based fantasy-led lies.

So, answer the question - where is your evidence?

Can you not read (and you Frutos, I've answered your question on this thread already!)? Where have I said I have evidence about anything?

You seem so sure (and you appear to have your head so far up the clubs arse it's not funny...no delays....) that it will get built on time (despite the fact that it's already late), show me where is the evidence to back your claim up! The simple fact is YOU CAN'T you, like allot of the lemmings on here choose to have blind faith in the club.

If we are playing football in a 22k all seater stadium come 2010 then I will happily eat my words, just don't think I'll be doing that though.

I year late for the stadium.

2 years late for the infastructure (new link road, etc)

Still - it will be well worth the wait :)

Well, if you haven't got any evidence - and by your own admission, no knowledge of the process - why the f*** do you keep going on about it?

You're a fantasist, a liar and a history revisionist, that much is beyond debate. So when they say it will open in 2010, and will be spending millions to ensure it will be open by 2010, (though I'll be satisfied if it's early 2011), I won't be siding with someone who - despite (or probably because) not not knowing what he's on about - confidently predicts, as a product of his own self-important fantasy, that it won't open for another 10 years.

I'll stick with the people who know what they're on about, thanks.

Quite a few planning permission hoops yet to be jumped through between now and then, and as we all know, one individual grockle with a grudge can derail things... so I reckon the one year's contingency booking of Withdean will be required and we'll move into Falmer a year later than planned.

... and if that happens, pricks like Arthur and Ernest will still blame Martin Perry.
