So, any expansion in capacity could only really come from filling in the corners, unless the City College plan doesn't get backing from the relevant funding body.

I've been studying the changes in the East stand and I can't help but wonder why the rake has been reduced (meaning a worse view). There seems to be no reason for this unless it has been designed with the possibility of a second tier in the future. Also the roof is twice as large as it needs to be for one tier and the area which you might reasonably expect to be used as a concourse for a second tier is not actually marked as "City College" on the drawings.

But then I'm no architect.

No one is stopping you doing anything. You go ahead and believe in whatever you want without question and be as positive as you like.

There is a big difference between questioning some very large figures and being a "moaner" or "negative". This business plan will put the Albion out of existence if it is wrong. I have no idea what you do or how old you are, but I don't see what right you have to tell others who prefer to use their brains a bit more that they should stop thinking for themselves and tow the club line. It may be their money, but it is the club we all love so we all have a major interest in it's long term survival. Taking everything for granted, even if it turns out to be correct, is very dangerous.

How is being negative using your brain a bit more? I know as much about the funding package as you yet take a differenct stance from the same information. Like I said no bank would lend that volume of money to anyone if the figures do not stack up.

There is no right or wrong answer and time will be the judge as to how much the loan is within our means but I just fail to see what all this worrying is going to achieve in the meantime.
