Maybe the clue is in Martin Perry's quote in the Argus? -

Martin Perry, the chief executive of the football club, said: "Not only is it a huge boost for stadium project but also for the community.

"Albion fans everywhere should be delighted because it is a vital part of the stadium's funding.

"We have been working on the bid with SEEDA for a year and all that hard work has come to fruition".

Surely that can't be right? Everybody knows that Perry is a complete waste of space, who constantly fails to deliver and just sits there doing nothing taking home a HUGE salary?

Or is this a different Martin Perry that we don't know about?
