That is stupid, I reckon just call him "Fab" rather than "Fab for Convenience". Far too much of a mouthful. Can we all agree our new manager will be know as Fab for convenience?
"Fab rather than Fab for Convenience" is a bit long winded though isn't it?That is stupid, I reckon just call him "Fab" rather than "Fab for Convenience". Far too much of a mouthful.
I am literally watching this episode as we speak.I can throw a kettle over a pub.
Perhaps we can have the Thunderbirds theme tune and "stand by for action - anything can happen in the next half hour" (or was that Stingray?)call him "Fab"
Also, me too! I don’t know why but it’s as if a huge cloud of depression has been lifted that’s been hanging over us over the last few weeks, if not months. The anti climax of a season petering out so tamely and RDZ leaving, then the exasperatingly long (so it seemed) search for a new manager seemingly fruitless - then bingo!
The curviest curved ball from the furthest left of the left field is revealed - so Brighton, so brilliant, and so wonderfully uplifting for us fans. I’m buzzing and can’t wait for the official announcement and the start of the season.
Please, Gods of Football, let this all happen without raining on our parade or dumping a load of shit on proceedings - thank you very much.
I remember the first game that season: a strike force of O'Grady and Fenelon. To be fair to Hyypia, it wasn't exactly Murray and Zamora. Poor Sami, I don't think he was a great manager but anyone would have struggled with that squadI remember that match… grim, but I tend to agree… the recruitment/squad was absolutely wretched… so much so that it took a while for (a then) at the top of his game CH to turn things round.
I doubt it, he blew the 3,000 word limit on the Executive Summary in the final assessmentNo - there is no one else.
Hasn't Barber actually got some coaching badges ?
You can call him what you like but I won't be using "Fab instead of all these wordy alternatives" as a moniker..."Fab rather than Fab for Convenience" is a bit long winded though isn't it?
Why don't we just call him Fab instead of all these wordy alternatives?
Yep… Fenelon … sigh, the dice were loaded… however, tactically he should have been a smidgen more pragmatic, alas he was way too adventurous given what he must have witnessed in training ? Funnily enough, perhaps he was ahead of the curve, in terms of shape etc. perhaps without the training methods/players to realise his ambition… or he just was a very average coach… lol.I remember the first game that season: a strike force of O'Grady and Fenelon. Ulloa went to Leicester on the final day pre season tour which didn't help eitherI remember the first game that season: a strike force of O'Grady and Fenelon. Yus, ma lady!Perhaps we can have the Thunderbirds theme tune and "stand by for action - anything can happen in the next half hour" (or was that Stingray?)
What’s the signal for this one is going over the bar and/or straight into the keepers gloves?
No, wrong coloursCan we all agree our new manager will be know as Fab for convenience?
Fab IanCan we all agree our new manager will be know as Fab for convenience?
Suspect a lot of people who voted 'Don't know' initially would vote Yes now - me includedNSC getting quoted
