I know I'm only a 'so-called fan' in your eyes, but if people are going to write stuff like 'Get rid now Tony. Too inexperienced. Not ruthless enough, get rid now before the slide gets even worse.' after a couple of months, they should be prepared to be reminded of it.He asked for help he’s now got his master to lean on. things have 100% improved. First time I’ve noticed Daniel on the bench tonight.
Don’t really get the cheap digs at previous posters venting concerns. The performances were patchy at best.
Football fans are reactionary questioning Fabs previous tactics are no more Knee jerk than some of the threads posted after our win tonight.
Gomez is our Jude Bellingham
(knee jerk quote)
Gomez looks at this early stage a very competent footballer, let’s not heap pressure on the lad and let him develop further.
(Level headed quote)
The majority of us aren’t level headed when it comes to football. Get off your high horses people.
You made a bold statement in this thread, so please don't tell me now, you made it up?Blimey! Not sure about that![]()
It’s an emotional game I actually find it amusing the different reactions. Sometimes I left thinking has this poster just watched a totally different game to meI know I'm only a 'so-called fan' in your eyes, but if people are going to write stuff like 'Get rid now Tony. Too inexperienced. Not ruthless enough, get rid now before the slide gets even worse.' after a couple of months, they should be prepared to be reminded of it.
I agree that the knee-jerk reactions in either direction are not good (I'm 'one game at a time' and all that), but maybe by highlighting them will cause people to think a bit more before they post such nonsense?
What was the statement? You made a bold statement in this thread, so please don't tell me now, you made it up?![]()
Post 902 at the end of JanuaryWhat was the statement?
I often come away from a game and find that when I read the reports, chat to others ,think everyone saw a different game than I did. It’s an emotional game I actually find it amusing the different reactions. Sometimes I left thinking has this poster just watched a totally different game to me![]()
All I can say is that I trust my SAUCE...Post 902 at the end of January
I too find the reactions amusing. What's even MORE amusing is when they turn out, in the cold light of day, to be a load of nonsense! It’s an emotional game I actually find it amusing the different reactions. Sometimes I left thinking has this poster just watched a totally different game to me![]()
Exactly.I think I’m still annoyed with this because I don’t feel the kneejerkers will have learnt anything. I’m all for making mistakes and learning from them, but numerous posters here will flip their shit if we lose a couple on the spin
Called for Hughton to go for someone to take the next step and everybody laughed…what happened?
Called for Potter to go when the play became stale and everybody laughed… what happened?
Called for De Zerbi to go when you could see the attitude appearing and everybody laughed… what happened?
I’ll see you all again on here in the near future when everyone starts to see…
