He asked for help he’s now got his master to lean on. things have 100% improved. First time I’ve noticed Daniel on the bench tonight.

Don’t really get the cheap digs at previous posters venting concerns. The performances were patchy at best.
Football fans are reactionary questioning Fabs previous tactics are no more Knee jerk than some of the threads posted after our win tonight.

Gomez is our Jude Bellingham
(knee jerk quote)
Gomez looks at this early stage a very competent footballer, let’s not heap pressure on the lad and let him develop further.
(Level headed quote)

The majority of us aren’t level headed when it comes to football. Get off your high horses people.
I know I'm only a 'so-called fan' in your eyes, but if people are going to write stuff like 'Get rid now Tony. Too inexperienced. Not ruthless enough, get rid now before the slide gets even worse.' after a couple of months, they should be prepared to be reminded of it.

I agree that the knee-jerk reactions in either direction are not good (I'm 'one game at a time' and all that), but maybe by highlighting them will cause people to think a bit more before they post such nonsense?

It’s an emotional game I actually find it amusing the different reactions. Sometimes I left thinking has this poster just watched a totally different game to me 🤣

I often come away from a game and find that when I read the reports, chat to others ,think everyone saw a different game than I did.
Watching highlights often gives a completely different feel for the match. Games I think we were awful and hanging on in, when viewed on TV, without the crowd, the excitement and nerves show us dominant (the reverse is true as well)

Its the same with the refs, at the match I think nearly every ref is actively giving decisions against us, but when seeing them later, generally feel that they were reasonable.

My arsenal friend is worse, the conspiracy theories, the injustices, the we were robbed mentality becomes ridiculous when a match is viewed dispassionately, but its what makes the whole experience worthwhile. Nothing else compares

I too find the reactions amusing. What's even MORE amusing is when they turn out, in the cold light of day, to be a load of nonsense!

Nothing to do with getting on a high horse, just a form of entertainment for me

I think I’m still annoyed with this because I don’t feel the kneejerkers will have learnt anything. I’m all for making mistakes and learning from them, but numerous posters here will flip their shit if we lose a couple on the spin

Exactly.

They go on like they are right and everyone else is wrong.

Look at NorthStandNobhead's OP and the rest of his post in this thread. Going on like he knows better than Bloom and Barber and how he can see it, no one else can, he is so great and knows everything there is to know about football and knows much more than Fabian.

Called for Hughton to go for someone to take the next step and everybody laughed…what happened?

Called for Potter to go when the play became stale and everybody laughed… what happened?

Called for De Zerbi to go when you could see the attitude appearing and everybody laughed… what happened?

I’ll see you all again on here in the near future when everyone starts to see…

He needs to get off his high horse and get a bit of perspective.

Just own up that they got it wrong, and it was a knee jerk reaction, and you know f*** all about football when compared to Bloom, Barber and Fab.
