He should have been on the bench from the start, not thrown into the deep end. This is coming from the man who never had an injury at Celtic, which is a physical league!!!
Quite low down on Fab’s list of crimes tbf 😂

The club also has a certain amount of responsibility to take here, I think.

If your ambition is to blood young talent that’s fine, but guide them with an experienced head, not a rookie imo.

So you either accept that these results happen and it’s part of the philosophy, or you say “no, we’ve spent hundreds of millions on this team, we should be doing better.” Both camps are reasonable imo.

Ok, I've had enough.... buying players like there's no tomorrow... all look a bit lost, weak, slow. What if we spent that money on a couple/few quality PL proven players instead?

Manager that wants to have possession, but not do anything with that possession. Set pieces clueless. Finishing clueless. Defensively clueless.

We are so sh*t at the moment.

Every single one of of who saw that team sheet knew what was going to happen. We aren’t all idiots. That’s 100% on him and he is clearly out of his depth.
Feels slightly worse than out of his depth. It was deeply arrogant. A terrible combo.

I really don't want to knee jerk after a wallowing like that and it's tempting to contort yourself to make excuses about a person who's learning his trade etc, but there are just too many issues growing. A team that's constantly changing and fluctuating, misshapen tactics. Fallings out. Senior players looking lost. There's heaps of talent in this squad. He's miles off getting the most out of it and appears to be massively overcomplicating the simple things.

Given the rumours of the unhappiness of Welbeck and Dunk over Ferguson, I do wonder if he's lost the respect of the older pros (Milner's been invisible and Steele is off having surgery too) and it's permeating the younger ones.

If so I fear to quote Sam Smith "The Writing's on the Wall".

I don't tend to get on the managers back but I'm finding it hard at the moment not to, particularly with these dressing room rumours.

Shocking team selection - hopeless to have one in midfield and so bad to not change it at 2-0. Sadly I am concerned and maybe a manger change is needed

Like I said before. No personality, no likeable traits for fans to warm to. No passion. No experience. Shit tactics. What positive does he have? Losing 7-0 to Forest is absolutely embarrassing no matter how well they’re doing.

If he was sacked tonight, in 10 years time he’ll be a pointless answer on Pointless as no one will remember him for anything. Other than for being shit, maybe.
