After 12 difficult fixtures we sat 4th and many fans thought we had uncovered a magic formula as we stroll through the season. That level of complacency seems to have cost us.

Most sides hit a bad patch during each season, RDZ didn't win in his first 6 games, and ours has coincided with a seemingly easier set of fixtures. However we have heard plenty of players and managers say that "there are no easy game in the premier league"

Hurzler was brought in because he has a footballing philosophy that fits our club and we have a history of backing managers knowing that longer term they will get more things correct.

The second Villa goal jeez basic stuff Morgan was on his own one simple ball from Watkins.
We aren’t very well drilled or organised IMO.

Name the manager with more potential upside than Hürzeler that Brighton could realistically attract and you want to replace him? And tell me how long you’d give that manager before getting on their back?

From here it looks like the club have selected a head coach who we all know is not the finished article, and you’re actively trying to undermine them in their first half-season. The level of entitlement to instant results feels almost “Chelsea”ish.

Sure, you’ll win nothing with kids either…..

I would argue they do exist but it depends on the team. We are a mid-table outfit that aspires to improve, so the margin for error/time is a lot greater IMO.

It’s not as though we’re in the bottom 6 at the moment.

Certain teams/managers will have more time than others.

Ever since I started watching Brighton we should of finished higher in the Premiership.
We should be beating teams like Leicester and Villa.
We didn't get Europe this season and it's not good enough.
