Yes, you can have untold tickets on your phone for the same match.
Don’t need to pass the phone over….just scan the other person’s ticket, let them go through then scan your own

My dad downloaded ticket to his tablet and PC because it wouldn't work through the phone, I'm assuming this message means he needs to delete them so I can download it for him

You might need to call Supporter Services to get then to reset it. I mistakenly uploaded a guest ticket earlier this week and they had to send a new link (which they did straight away)

Looks like you have an account and your dad has a separate one. I think I can only download my eldest daughters tickets to my phone as she's got a separate account only if she sends it to me as a linked F&F. Might be too late for that if he's tried to download it already.
Got 3 tickets for the game on my phone for Mrs and Youngest but all bought via my account.
Losing your phone would not be a helpful development then

It only mentions tickets being blocked for those buying. Despite several reminders in the article to home fans not to sell on their tickets there is no mention of sanctions on people that have done so….

...so those 100 people won't be buying tickets again.Surely it’s a pretty safe bet that the fan numbers used to buy the tickets being touted have been banned now.
