I've had the "pleasure" of watching them twice in the pre-season.

We should win this... firmly. But I don't want to push unreal expectations: just a normal win would be fine.

We could play there again in the Cups, Mr Phil.

An aerial view of Goodison Park and the surrounding area.jpg

This shows the stadium's proximity to the mouth of the Mersey. Zoom in onto The Wirral peninsula and you can just about make out the decrepid resort of New Brighton.

On our way and looking forward to football again.

Could be 5-1 to them (5 goals for Calvert-Lewin, 5 assists for McNeill) or 5-1 us or anything in between.

The real winner, however, will be a large brewery conglomerate and the real loser will be my liver.

At the end of my tether
Delighted to be back at match day in the Prem. Hopefully with an opening win but who knows?
Who knows what team we will put out? ( Fab, hopefully)
Will Mr H turn out to be another RDZ or a Hyppia ?
I have concerns about our never ending injury list and this year’s pre season….. but we await 3pm in hope rather than expectation. :albion2:

Good start and the play offs may be in sight, even promotion.
