Even Leeds are not going to take the maximum allocation when they visit

I don't know...you chose your away games based on convenience, attraction, new stadium etc. Price of tickets won't come into it too much if you've already spent a fortune on travel, food and the rest. An extra £5 or so, annoying as it is, will not be the deciding factor.
It's when you start getting to Arsenal's pricing levels that you may take it into account, and say f*** that.

Please Gus. Can you give me the opportunity to say "f*** that!"

:)

I think Little Al has a point, alot travelled to us last year for the "new ground" experience so they made more effort to get there last year,I expect teams we didnt play last season to be the ones that make the most effort this season

Charlton could sell out their allocation then, surely?

I suspect that a lot of fans will not return, having ticked off the new ground on their list, especially when kick off times are not the standard Sat 3pm.

I think that is probably quite a factor. I don't do many aways now, but one of the first criteria for me deciding to go is "not been there before"

To be fair to Leeds they don't make it overly easy for their fans to get tickets based on what I was told this afternoon by the Leeds fan in the office.

To buy an away ticket they have to be an away member as we do, no problem there I hear you cry. However to become a member it costs £42..........a season! So say you are Leeds fan in Brighton and you want to go to the game in a couple of weeks and want to sit with the Leeds fans, you've first got to weigh out £42 to join their membership scheme and then £30 odd quid for the ticket. I can see why people would be put off.

God bless Ken Bates!

And people moan about our system and Paul Barber!
