Even Leeds are not going to take the maximum allocation when they visit

The game is not until November and so its impossible to know whether Leeds would sell them or not. I think it likely they would tho. Is it not just that the Albion think they will sell tickets and so they dont need to offer the extra to Leeds?

£34 is a lot of money to spend on top of the long journey.

i go all over the country with the albion, and to be honest i think £34 would make most people think twice..

I don't know...you chose your away games based on convenience, attraction, new stadium etc. Price of tickets won't come into it too much if you've already spent a fortune on travel, food and the rest. An extra £5 or so, annoying as it is, will not be the deciding factor.
It's when you start getting to Arsenal's pricing levels that you may take it into account, and say f*** that.

We'd better hope we don't get promoted to the Premier League then.

A Leeds supporting colleague says there has been a fans boycott going on in protest at the Warnock / Bates regime. They aren't happy bunnies (are they ever?). When I mentioned how much our ticket prices are he said that will be a factor too. When I pointed out they will have far fewer away games 'down south' this season so will save significantly more in travel costs he shrugged his shoulders. Lightweight.

Leeds will sell all the tickets they are given.
Considering that we have the highest average home attendance in this division how many do you think
we would take to Leeds on a Friday night 800 tops

not really surprising if you look at the highlights programmes of most football matches, most clubs are seriously under achieving on attendances.Probably something to do with the economy and cost of getting to matches. When the choice of going to a match or buying food to eat/paying bills etc ,then you are going to drop going to the football.
We should count ourselves very lucky that the stadium arrived when it did as if we were still at Withdean we would not be able to get players in like bridge/bruno/cms etc .

I see that Peterborough have only taken the £28 seats for their Tuesday night trip to The Amex. It is pointless giving clubs tickets at both price points unless they need a substantial allocation.

wonder how many grounds we will pay near that at this season?

believe the next 2, leicester and blackpool are around £25, which imo is about right for championship football.

maybe wolves and palace?
