This is important.
Let’s do a bit of reading between the lines and guess that Fab hasn’t handled Enciso and Ferguson, which seems fair. And that he’s dropped Minteh, Ayari and Baleba for disciplinary reasons.
Bit of worst case scenario but also quite likely.
How does that look? How do we have five (5!!!!) of our best young players playing up?
That’s seems almost beyond ineptitude.
If it were true I would probably sack the manager.

Actually if you watch the interview he really struggles to say that, or talk that directly about Fab.
Why is Tony Bloom not sacking a manager tearing his club apart then 🤷🏻‍♂️

I believe the Board are wanting to be seen as supporting the Manager and have thus allowed a few players to leave That FH doesn’t fancy.
I also believe that these players are allowed to leave on loan only deals because the Board don’t have complete confidence in what FH is doing right now.
The decisions may seem odd but I think we have protected our backs.
The board are supporting the manager. We recently hired a coach from the German FA whose speciality is to coach and support coaches. Let's hope FAB learns from him.

In the meantime, as you say we are protecting our young assets by sending them out on loan and giving them gametime.

It's probably for a different thread, but does anyone know what the process is that our players are supposed to trust?

Because the fact that the manager is tearing the club apart is simply speculation on NSC based around suggestions made on NSC by people ITK who melted like snow in June when asked to substantiate their information?

I thought everyone knew that

I don’t understand the bedwetting about this loan. It wasn’t happening for Evan with us, he needs time away. I also don’t understand why people want our players to go on loan to a completely different level to the one we need them to play at. What’s the point? Go and bang in 10 goals in the Championship and then come back and realise the Premier League is too hard again? Great.

‘Oh but it strengthens a rival’. Yes, but also weakens every other team in the division that rival plays against, if it goes well. This loan makes perfect sense to me, as does Enciso’s, as does Buenonotte’s. They aren’t really development loans as such, they are a way of keeping players that we want for the long term at the club, while getting them matches they wouldn’t be getting here, thus keeping them happy.

I’m fine with a loan, I just didn’t want to sell him. It’s clear that in Danny’s absence FH will just move either Pedro or Rutter forward into the number nine role for this season.

I hope Ferguson gets lots of game time, rediscovers his form, and comes back to us ready to be a big part of next season. Wishing him a successful time on loan, and looking forward to welcoming him back next season.
Our season is effectively over Welbeck may add a couple more goals if that why not play Evan in our team and get him scoring? Start Evan for a few games give him 60 minutes until he’s back to peak fitness and rotate with Welbeck.

Assuming Bruno is no longer the striker coach
Given what’s happened to our scoring since Zamora joined us as striker coach a few months back I wouldn’t joke

We are a PL club our choice of manager really shouldn’t need a baby sitter.

We can't do that, old fruit.
We have loaned Evan to Wet Sham.
Do keep up.

I personally think the club are underestimating the relevance of two things. 1. West Ham are a historically biggish team we’ve leap frogged. 2. They are managed by Potter.
A lot of supporters still remember Potter leaving for Chelsea.
If a Potter managed West Ham finish above us, with Ferguson scoring a few goals or at least contributing to that, it’s going to be painful for many Albion supporters. I think.
Of course the ideal scenario is Ferguson bangs in the goals, our form improves and he comes back raring to go in the summer. Possible. But I’d bet against that right now.

Quite.

I would hate to be in the kitchen of several dozen NSC posters when they can't find the Cornflakes one morning.

Kitchen smashed up, cat stabbed to death,
Wife moves back in with her parents

House burned down

NSC poster last seen running naked through the town centre, waving his tiny fists at someone in the sky.
