Madness from Georgia v Luxembourg
It was a red card check as well, which was given……Amazed that even got to the screen as a penalty check, it was clearly outside the box from the first viewing

So does the yellow card the mush got for over celebrating get rescinded as well?
I'm assuming the game restarted with a Georgia free kick outside the box?
I'm really puzzled by this. Presumably the 'goal' was ruled out because of the foul in the build-up (ie: at the other end). But how could that really be the case - there were 45 seconds between the foul at one end and the goal at the other - surely that is plenty of time to 'reset' or whatever they call it. I've certainly seen plenty of other incidents which have been deemed 'too long' before the goal to count. It was a red card check as well, which was given……
I guess they waited for a break in play……..didn’t stop it immediately because the decision wasn’t simple.I'm really puzzled by this. And given that a penalty wasn't awarded anyway - was the check just for the red card? And even that seemed a bit harsh - because the only reason the Georgia player was through was because he had a full handful of the other defender's shirt.
All very odd.
So, basically, it was hauled back for the red card - because of course, VAR can't rule on fouls outside the box.I guess they waited for a break in play……..didn’t stop it immediately because the decision wasn’t simple.
Yes - technically correct use of VAR (potential red card offence). Harsh decision though imo.So, basically, it was hauled back for the red card - because of course, VAR can't rule on fouls outside the box.

South London to Cardiff pretty quick, in fairness.Off topic, but.
Remember when we had two weeks to sort out planes, trains & hotels to Rome.
Poland have 4 days.
No, the yellow remained. So does the yellow card the mush got for over celebrating get rescinded as well?

This all day (and night). Come on the Welsh.Probably Wales. Unlike the other 4 nations view on us, I love the ROI, NI, Scotland or Wales in tournaments.
What do you do when Wales plays France / Belgium / Netherlands?Proximity bias. Wales. I appreciate that proximity bias normally operates in the opposite direction, and that Wales would rather see China win than England, but it is Wales for me.
But I will cheer if JM scores. Just look at my face!
