All done via App, with tickets issued on the day of the game and 'activated' by bluetooth when you are close to the stadium.

Worked well at the Nations League - except for the fact the stadium rules did not permit people to take those little battery packs into the stadium and of course no modern mobile phone can last 12-14 hours these days..... was carnage

How does it work when you have more than one ticket? Do they all get activated on one device or does the lead member have no nominate the people who gets the ticket?

Either lead can keep them - or ‘delegate’ them to someone else

This was the video from the nations league instructions - expect it to be similar as the used that tournament as the trial for the Euros

Thanks.
Commander sounds like you need to sort that email access out then.

Wonderful. It’s a mate’s work email who has since left that company to go to a direct competitor, so I’m sure they’ll be really willing to help him access all his his old data!

I really don't understand what is so difficult about this. Why couldn't UEFA just say "The ballots will take place on this day, you will receive a cancellation notice on any tickets cancelled by this day, if you don't have one by then, then your tickets remain valid and we will contact you in due course with instructions on how to download them"? What in that is so beyond an organisation like UEFA? It's a joke, it really is.

I was allocated all group games, R16 and semi and final through England Fans allocation. All cancelled but in new ballot for the group games myself and son got allocated the Scotland game. We will take that, and to be fair the purchase process, which I did yesterday was easy and worked, but it does seem to have been totally rubbish for others.

It's also shambles that UEFA have continued to supply a good quantity of the tickets to the corporates. Just not right but for all the noise about UEFA protecting the game for the fans they really don't care when faced with less money.

So far 2 of my 3 tickets have been cancelled and credit notes issued. Still got the second semi but don’t hold much hopes for that

I've still got my four tickets as showing as allocated so I assume we're ok. We bought through Uefa so didn't get any refund so presumably there's nothing else for us to do other than make sure we've got the app to download the tickets to when it becomes available.

Someone on Twitter says their cancelled then re-allocated tickets has been cancelled again.... :ffsparr:

Had the email yesterday. I've lost the Czech game and the final but kept Croatia, Scotland and a semi.

Gutted about the final but looking on the positive side should England not get there I would have had a very expensive ticket to go and watch a game of football as a neutral. And probably out of all of the group games losing the Tuesday one was probably the best result.

I was in a syndicate with a group where we all went in the UEFA ballot. We got tickets for all 3 group games (6-8 for each), both semis and the final. We have 3 left for Croatia game and 4 for Czech (between 8 of us). I’m very suspicious about the ‘fairness’ of the ballot. I suspect once the corporates, hospitality, and various hangers on have been accounted for there’s probably not much more than 10K left...

Man, you HAVE to be happy with that!!! I lost all five.

Anyway, you might get the final back if capacity increases. UEFA told journos that fans who had tickets taken away would get priority.

Yes of course I am. As are my pals who all had tickets via englandfans and all bar one were knocked back.

Well if that's the case then it may work out well but at €950 a pop I would only be interested in going to the final if England were in it.

At last, received email confirming our tickets for the Czech game. Kept expecting them to disappear from the ticket portal.
