No because they are shit. Put my monthly fee up from £150 to £499 during first lockdown but managed to negotiate it back to £300. When its your business website they have you by the balls
Thanks but have already reinstalled as administrator etc. I clear and reset the database after every use. My website has 10k products and I don’t want to hold the database on Dataplug as I would need to use it every time I just wanted to change a price or a bit of wording which is quicker and easier to do from the back office.Personally I would try download it again and reinstall it, running the installation package as administrator
Uninstall the existing one first (add remove programs). I am assuming here that there is no data in the existing local database
I think its from this page.

Their tech support really should be advising here I would hate to be giving you bad or wrong advice.
It sounds like the installation isnt right. Your environment is pretty much the same as mine and it works ok for me (though I cant link it up to a site or anything)
Part of the install process is downloading and installing a SQL Express 2012 though it should do that automatically. You also get an option to migrate an existing database should you wish (that would be the one in your office)
I also saw that they advise against running the software from multiple machines to the same website. I suspect this might be to do with having multiple copies of a database on separate machines
