This is one of those infuriating occasions where test cricket shoots itself in the foot, the weather is perfect today, start play at 10.30, we have so much lost time in this match to make up why don’t they start early and finish late, that way you can make up a few hours. Stupid.

I was hoping that I might be able to get some live cricket in next month. Hoped they could have had a cap on capacity at the county ground to allow a limited crowd spread out (bit like a normal county championship game) ... but at the moment it seems unlikely.
