Neville did not do anything special in his games that warrants his inclusion at the expense of Carrick who was MOM in the last game and his passing created so much more than Hargreaves ever will. Hargreaves has played very well this tournament and deserves to keep his place at right back. Leave Neville on the bench and start with the same team as Ecuador IMHO.

Portugal are much more direct. England are doing that England thing that England have done for as long as I can remember of stringing five passes across the field in their own half of the pitch. going slightly backwards all the time, then back to the keeper.
