Excellent. All those corporate twats miss an excellent goal

Indeed. What a bunch of old shite ain't it? A few starting to creep back in now in their sodding red top things on... :tantrum:

I think his form from this season, which has been on the whole good but still sprinkled with too many cock ups, is more of an indicator than his form from 4 years ago.

My point really was that he is a big game player (one unfortunate slip in a shoot out aside).

Only time will tell, but I really would be surprised if we got through the World Cup without a Terry cock up costing a goal.

The penalty miss could have happened to anyone so I don't put that down to him as such

I don't think there is any real justification to think like that though. When it comes down it, he performs. Hopefully I won't be proved wrong.

Michael Carrick being subbed there after a performance I could best describe as Andrew Crofts-esque. Totally f***ing anonymous but running off with a sweat on the forehead at least.

Ahh but Carrick was actually shite. Giving the ball away and general slackness. Not things you could associate with Crofts

How I wish Hargreaves had made it in time.

Walcott's been dire too, sooo much pace and he's had loads of chances to make something happen but just no end product.
