Theyre playing past hero's. They don't have the big players like Ronaldo, Ronaldinho (in his prime), Rivaldo, Romero etc.

Oh by the way Redneb, hows that comfortable cushion coming along? You can start putting your feet up and field a few of your reserves now the jobs done

Did I read somewhere that Brazil are now 18th in the world. If that is true then the result tonight should be of no shock.Shirley

For a friendly that was a very entertaining game, and a promising performance to go with it

Enjoyable match actually, wasn't played at the highest intensity but there was some good football on display from both sides (yes, even England!). 2 good goals from England as well.

They don't play enough games against the top teams to be any higher up. England play a lot of friendlies against good teams and generally do well in them which is why they get a lot of world ranking points and are high in the table (too high).

It's good to see a smiling happy England Manager. He was right chuffed with the goals.

Can't believe Zaha never got a game, he's supposed to be the next best England player of all time.

What a fantastic finish by Lampard, and seriously the worst commentary ever.

1-2 to Germany now. It will stay like this. Two cracking goals. Typical German friendly performance.

Well, I enjoyed that, don't know about anyone else.

Me too first time I've enjoyed watching an England game for a while, a friendly played at a good tempo Wilshire brilliant Rooney looked a bit like his old self also good games from Gerrard , Walcott & Hart
